Every plan installs free; you choose a paid plan inside the app when you need it. Credits, refunds and plan changes are set out in Billing and refunds.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for photographs. A photograph costs 2 credits at 2K and 3 at 4K, whatever the scene or model. The button shows the count and the credits before you press Shoot.
What if a shoot fails?
If nothing comes back, every reserved credit returns to your balance. A partial shoot charges only for the photographs that arrived: four of six delivered at 2K means 8 credits spent and 4 released.
Do credits expire?
Unused credits roll over at renewal. Up to one month's allotment carries into the next period; anything above that lapses when the new credits are granted.
Can I cancel any time?
Cancel in Shopify billing. The credits already in your balance stay, to spend within the free plan's limits. If you subscribe again later, the balance is kept up to the limit of the plan you last held. Cancelling an annual plan keeps it, and its monthly credits, until the paid year ends; uninstalling ends it at once, and buying another plan in that time starts the new one at once and ends the remaining months.
Can I change plan?
Yes. A move to a plan that costs more a month applies as soon as you approve it in Shopify, and Shopify prorates the charge. A move to one that costs less a month starts when your current billing period ends, and you keep your current plan until then. Annual billing counts by its price a month, so monthly to annual on the same plan also starts when the period ends, and an annual plan moving to a cheaper plan or to monthly waits until the paid year ends. Your balance is kept up to the limit of the larger of the two plans. Moving up part-way through a month tops that month's credits up to the new plan's amount, counting what is left of the month; the full amount arrives when the new plan renews.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify Billing, on your normal Shopify invoice. We never see card details. A monthly plan is charged every 30 days. An annual plan is charged once a year at the price of 10 months (2 months free), and its credits arrive month by month.
What does Connect your AI do?
It lets an AI assistant you already use work with Dambl in your store: find products, list scenes and models, check shoots and credits. On Pro and Ultra it can also start a shoot and push photos to a product. On the other plans those two steps ask you to upgrade.
Will it work for my products?
Products on a person, in hands or on their own. Model offers 12 choices, including No model and Hands only, plus the models you make. Scene offers 27 places to shoot, depending on plan. The free plan is the way to check: run it on three of your own products before you pay.
Can I try Dambl before paying?
Yes, on the free plan, which asks for no card at all: 20 credits on install, for 3 products, 3 photographs each, at 2K, with 1 saved model. Paid plans have no free trial; each is billed from the day you approve it.
Do prices include tax?
No. Shopify applies tax according to your store's location.
