What the service may and may not be used to produce. This policy forms part of the terms of service, and breaching it is grounds for suspension.
Use Dambl to photograph products you are lawfully entitled to sell and to depict, for listings, catalogues, advertising and marketing that you control.
Do not generate images of an identifiable real person without that person's written permission.
Do not generate images depicting minors in any context.
Do not generate sexual content, or imagery whose purpose is to sexualise a person.
Models produced by the service are synthetic. Do not present a synthetic person as a real customer, reviewer or endorser.
Do not generate imagery that misrepresents a product's condition, contents, size, materials, certification, provenance or performance.
Do not add or remove regulated markings, safety labels, ingredient panels or country of origin statements.
For products where appearance is a legal matter — food, cosmetics, supplements, medical devices, alcohol, children's products — check the generated image against the physical product before publishing.
Do not reproduce another brand's logo, trade dress or protected packaging.
Do not supply a third party's copyrighted photograph as a source image without a licence to do so.
Do not use the service to imitate a specific living photographer's or artist's style where doing so would infringe their rights in your jurisdiction.
The service must not be used for weapons and their components, illegal drugs and paraphernalia, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, endangered wildlife products, or any item whose sale is prohibited by the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy.
Do not attempt to circumvent credit accounting, rate limits or access controls.
Do not resell raw generation capacity, or operate the service on behalf of stores that are not yours without a written reseller agreement.
Do not probe, scan or load test the service without written permission. Security research is welcome: write to support@dambl.app first, tell us what you intend to test, and we will not pursue anyone who reports a finding in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
We may remove content, suspend a session, or suspend an account that breaches this policy. Where it is practical and lawful, we tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to correct it.
We report unlawful content to the authorities where the law requires it.
Repeated or deliberate breach ends the agreement without refund of the current period.
